Salary - Up to 2,500,000 MMK

Job Description: 

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

• Conduct reular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

• Sales and Bugsiness Development:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients to enhance customer loyalty and maximize sales opportunities.

Marketing:

• Possess strong presentation skills to effectively market the company's main product and services.

• Develop a general understanding of marketing principles to support business growth.

• Financial Management:

• Work closely with the finance team to ensure sound financial management and compliance with budgetary requirements.

• Provide input on financial decisions, budgets, and resource allocation.

Customer Service:

• Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service by setting high standards and leading by example.

• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Utilize feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and continuously improve the shopping experience.

• Comprehensive Knowledge:

• Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the company’s operations, policies, and procedures.

• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure the GM is fully informed and aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 10+ year of hands-on experience in manufacturing, preferable in distribution.

• Master's degree in a related field, MBA is more preferred.

• Demonstrable experience with General manager.

• Strong financial, business development and marketing skills.

• Strong influencing, negotiation and collaborative skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email and internet usage is essential.

• Must have a good personality.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Deep knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies and   systems.

• Must be able to travel as needed.
