Job Description:
- Develop and execute corporate strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
- Align departmental and subsidiary goals with the overall corporate vision and objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure consistent performance across all business units.
- Oversee the operations of multiple branches, subsidiaries, or departments at a corporate level.
- Ensure effective coordination between business units and optimize operational efficiency.
- Establish corporate policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Prepare and manage corporate budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
- Monitor overall company financial Management, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (Master’s / MBA strongly preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in senior management or corporate leadership roles
- Executive training or certification in corporate governance or strategic management is an advantage.
- Proven track record of managing multi-branch or multi-department corporate operations.
- Experience in strategic planning, corporate finance, and organizational growth.
