Job Duties and Responsibilities:

•Oversee the overall management and organization of the household, ensuring a clean, tidy, and well-maintained environment at all times.

•Oversee and perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and ironing, to maintain a good living space.

•Manage and maintain the front and back yards, including gardening, landscaping and etc, to ensure a visually appealing and well-maintained outdoor area.

•Coordinate and oversee repairs, maintenance, and renovations as necessary, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

•Handle various administrative tasks, including managing schedules, appointments, and reservations, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.

•Assist with personal matters and errands, such as grocery shopping, personal shopping, and coordinating social events or gatherings.

•Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters related to the household, including sensitive information, family affairs, and financial matters.

•Serve as a role model and lead by example to other household staff, setting high standards of professionalism, work ethic, and integrity.

•Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication, cooperation, and teamwork in the household.

•Anticipate and proactively address any potential issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

•Demonstrate a hands-on approach and willingness to actively participate in tasks to ensure their successful completion.

Job Requirement

  • minimum of 4 star hotel background with both housekeeping and F&B background
