Position - MEP Manager (M/F- 1 Post)

Salary- Negotiate + Transportation + Medical Benefits+ Others Benefits 

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~5:30 PM)

Job Description

• Coordinate with the design team or MEP consultant on all aspects of the MEP design and report to project manager regarding about MEP system of the projects.

• Negotiation with QS department for tendering processes and prepare scope of work for tender and report it to project manager.

• Attend the meeting for tender interview with sub-contractor where assisting project manager with the required data all related maters of MEP systems.

• Responsible for all MEP activities of the project with planning & scheduling to achieve timely completion of the project and prepare the master program that is needed to report to project manager.

• Provide guidance, managerial, technical support to project team and solve the problem of the MEP related maters of the project.

• Reviews and comments on the shop/working drawings submitted by contractor/subcontractor and report to Project Manager if there was any discrepancy with construction drawings.

• Check and approved method of statements and materials specifications according to the project requirement.

• Monitor and inspect the day-to-day activities of contractor and review site progress report on daily basis which was prepared by site engineer and to ensure that the contractor follow the safety procedures while working on site.

• Review the defect lists of MEP activities and EDN (engineer’s defect notification) or NCR (Non-conformance Report) which prepared by site engineer and record/report to Project Manager.

• Attend the project coordination meeting/project management team meeting by weekly and build the good communication channels with other treads.

• Contribute his knowledge and experience of construction industrial practices to site engineers and lead them to fulfill their assigned duty.

• Monitor and give the guidelines to site engineer who carried out the MEP system inspec􀆟on step by step with the IRF (inspec􀆟on record form) and record this form for reporting to Manager.

• Participate in QA/QC site walk, and safety site walk weekly by Project Manager.

• Participated in the testing and commissioning of the MEP system carried out by relative subcontractor.

• Review and comment on as built MEP drawing, operation and maintenance manuals and standard opera􀆟on procedure which are submited by subcontractor.

• Able to perform ad-hoc jobs assigned by Management Team

Requirements (Job Specification)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering & construction management (EP, EC, MP, MC)

• 10 years and above experienced in related field or engineering & Construction management field

• High level of computer literacy, in particular with Microsoft Office and Proficiency Auto Card 2D/3D and Microso􀅌 Project

• A good standard of writen English including a good understanding of Contractual terms and their implica􀆟ons and obligations.

• Prefer construction & project management certifica􀆟on.

• Require riding Motorcycle skillfully on project site.

• Intermediate command in English

• Positive Atitude to work and able to work under pressure.
