Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Job Description: 

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Business Operations Manager to act as a liaison between our clients, payment gateway providers, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end operational workflows related to payment integrations and ensure smooth communication, compliance, and fund management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication & Requirement Gathering:
  • Engage with the client’s business teams to understand operational needs, gather requirements, and create detailed client profiles.

Payment Gateway Onboarding:

  • Coordinate with payment gateway providers to understand onboarding requirements. Collect and submit necessary documents and data from the client's business team and ensure successful onboarding.

Technical Coordination:

  • Share payment gateway credentials and documentation with the client's technical team. Act as a bridge between the client’s tech team and the payment gateway provider to facilitate seamless integration.

Transaction Monitoring:

  • Track daily transactions and settlement reports. Collaborate with both the payment gateway and the client tech team to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Fund Management:

  • Manage and monitor fund movements and reconciliations based on instructions provided by the client's technical or finance teams.

Operational Support:

  • Handle all ongoing operational communications between the client’s technical team and the payment gateway, including escalations, issue resolutions, and process improvements

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, client relationship management, or payment gateway industry.
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) and other MS Office applications.
  • Experience coordinating between technical and non-technical teams, with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Auditing experience a benefit not required
