Position - Operation Manager (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK
Business - Hospitality Industry
Working Days & Hours - 6 Days per week (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location - Mayangone Township
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Coordinating between different departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
- Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff to maintain high service standards and productivity.
- Monitoring and controlling departmental budgets to ensure financial stability and profitability.
- Addressing guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent service standards.
- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards throughout the hotel to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses, contributing to the hotel's overall profitability.
- Collaborating with other hotel managers and department heads to ensure seamless operations and achieve shared goals.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably specializing in Hospitality/Food & Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, able to liaise with all employees
- Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skill
- Previous setting up of outlet experience an advantage
