Job Description:
- Conduct thorough research and gather accurate and relevant information for various assigned matters.
- Assist in managing and organizing confidential files, documents, and sensitive information.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters.
- Coordinate and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in typing in Burmese on the computer is a must.
- Collaborate with team members to organize meetings and events, ensuring all logistical details are meticulously planned.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply critical thinking and logical reasoning to make informed rational decision-making to solve problems and overcome challenges.
- Maintain an open-minded approach, embracing opportunities for learning and growth.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or Final Year student (accredited university is preferred).
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Business Development background.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
- Proven experience in a similar role, highlighting strong research skills and attention to detail, is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Burmese and moderate English is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Dependability and self-motivation to work independently with minimal supervision.
