Job Description:

1. Ensure all the production processes Planning, Controlling, Analyzing, and Improving are efficient and cost oriented.
2. Maintenance Management for both utility and production machine. Ensure reliability of all the equipment and at optimum stage for production.
3. Responsible for continuous improvement of Safety, Equipment Efficiency, Operation Methods, Product Quality and Skill.
4. Develop and conduct training based on production operation skill requirement while maintaining inhouse talents performance.
5. Responsible for leading in implementation of Safety Program and HACCP program in production.

Job Requirement

1. Candidate must possess B.E (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic)
2. Good Leadership skill and Interpersonal Skill
3. 5 to 8 years of experience in Manufacturing as Management Role (e.g., Production Supervisor or Production Line Leader)
4. Experience in managing people (both staff and daily labor)
5. Management experience of Production Equipment Maintenance and hand on experience of Machine Repair
6. Experience in implementation of manufacturing Safety Program
7. Knowledge in Food Safety System (HACCP) and Quality Management System. Implementing HACCP program experience is preferred
8. Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and AutoCAD 2D basic
9. Experience in Supplier Management is a plus.
10. Able to communicate in English (Business Level)
