Location - Thilawa Industril Zone

Job Description:

Manage overall aspects of fishmeal facility in Thilawa with special focus on production process (35%)

•  Manage in-house production team
• Ensure the facility follows Scoular’s high standards of food & feed safety and workplace safety

Assist internal and external audit teams in production process and facility management. (25%)

• Responsible for leading in implementation of Safety Program and HACCP program in production.
• Co-ordinate and work closely with Quality Team, Warehouse Team and Fish Meal Commercial Team
• Learn hands-on work experience as well as go through trainings where deemed relevant by the employer to upgrade the skill sets to perform at higher level
• Stand-by to be present at the sites as well as to travel where necessary

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess B.E (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic)

• Good Leadership skill and Interpersonal Skill

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Manufacturing as Management Role (e.g., Production Supervisor or Production Line Leader)

• Experience in managing people (both staff and daily labor)

• Management experience of Production Equipment Maintenance and hand on experience of Machine Repair

• Knowledge in implementation of manufacturing Safety Program

• Knowledge in Food Safety System (HACCP) and Quality Management System.

• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and AutoCAD 2D basic

• Able to communicate in English
