Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (Half) (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)
Location - Yankin Township
Job Description:
- Conduct unit inspections and defect management with relevant teams.
- Verify inventory and ensure all legal documentation is in place.
- Finalize and document handovers with proper filing and reporting.
- Collect, review, and verify ownership documents and POAs.
- Respond to resident queries and generate performance reports.
- Manage filing systems for all unit and resident information, Issue notices and update property records.
- Track and follow up on pending customer service issues, Coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and support the Customer Services team, manage staff schedules, leave approvals, and performance guidance.
Job Requirement
- Any Graduate and 3 years of relevant experiences, customer Services Skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, Supervisory experience and leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of property management processes and compliance
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts
- Fluent in English
