Job Description:
- Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives for solar products and services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence in the solar energy industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cultivating relationships with potential clients such as commercial and residential customers, government agencies, and organizations.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes.
Job Requirement
- Prior experience in the home appliance industry is required.
- Familiarity with brands is advantageous.
- Ability to independently develop client relationships and negotiate sales contracts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Burmese languages.
- Willingness to travel independently via public transportation for business purposes.
- Enthusiasm for sales and achieving targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
