Job Description:

 

–      Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

–      Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.

–      Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).

–      Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

–      Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.

–      Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

–      Calculate the providing relevant data SSB and Income Tax for Branch Office.

Job Requirement

–      Any graduate, Human Resources Diploma.

–      2years of experience in related fields.

–      Basic working knowledge of labor law and employment best practices.

–      Fluency with MS Office and Excel relevant HR software.

–      Capability in email, MS Office, and Excel
