𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
𝟏. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the MD.
• Monitor and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Provide exceptional service to VIP and appointed clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and complaints efficiently.

𝟐. 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• Manage daily showroom activities including stock display, inventory control, cash handling, etc.
• Plan and execute monthly display changes and visual merchandising updates in coordination with the production and marketing teams.
• Ensure the showroom maintains a clean, elegant, and luxury environment at all times.

𝟑. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 & 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• Supervise, coach, and train sales staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Foster a professional, motivated, and customer-focused team culture.

𝟒. 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to the MD.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with the production team for stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and cash transactions.

𝟓. 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞
• Ensure all showroom activities align with the company’s luxury brand image.
• Maintain staff grooming, showroom ambiance, and customer service protocols.
• Follow all company policies and industry regulations.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail or jewelry showroom management.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and sales skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Burmese.
• Knowledge of jewelry products, especially Diamonds, Rubies, and Sapphires, etc is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
