Job Description:
- Develop annual training plan with the consultation of Regional Channels Managers under the guidance of Head of HR and Training / Chief Compliance Officer.
- Arrange orientation sessions for new employees in coordination with Regional Channels Managers, Head of Department and also provide on-the-job training to field staff to improve regular performance of the company.
- Align training with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Arrange and conduct TOT: trains and coaches, managers, supervisors and others on new and updated curriculum in employee development efforts.
- To develop the training core team with the participation of different expertise in coordination with Head of HR and Training.
- Actively work together with Head of HR and Training to upgrade the present training manuals and develop new curricular with the technical input from Chief Compliance Officer.
- Coordinating with HR to recruit staff for new branch expansion & train them well in advance to send them to new branches on time.
- Maintain training files and supervise the design and implementation of training program in all regions. Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Make regular visits to the Branches and meet with staffs to find out the required training need and updating training program
- To conduct the training needs assessment of the employees and develop the training plan as per their requirement in coordination with Head of HR and Training.
- To coordinate with outsource trainers to organize the soft skill training for the employees under approval of Chief Compliance Officer and recommendation from Head of HR and Training.
- To ensure the compliance of environmental policy and CPP implementation in all implementation and make regular review on the existing process and procedure and suggest for any reengineering in collaboration with Branch Manager and Regional Channels Manager.
- To evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest for further improvement.
- Identify ways of improving teamwork and retaining quality staff – offer team building opportunities.
- Create and adhere to the company’s training budget under approval from Chief Compliance Officer and recommendation from Head of HR and Training.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field (a master’s degree is preferable).
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
- Ability to work effectively; must have knowledge, good planning skills, and organizing skills.
- Ability to communicate with outsource trainers for soft skill of the employee.
- Good written and oral communication skill in Myanmar and English.
