Position: Admin Executive (M/F – 1 Post)

Salary: Negotiation Based on Experiences

Business Type: Trading

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Ahlone Tsp.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage daily office operations to keep work running smoothly.

• Handle documents, filing, and record-keeping accurately.

• Prepare basic reports, letters, and documents.

• Coordinate communication between staff and departments.

• Manage office supplies and stationery.

• Support basic HR tasks like attendance and staff coordination.

• Arrange meetings, appointments, and schedules.

• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and trainings.

• Work with vendors and support other departments when needed.

• Follow company policies and keep information confidential.

Job Requirements:

• Have over 2 years of experience in administrative work (experience in trading industry is an advantage but not required).

• Can use Microsoft Word and Excel for basic office tasks.

• Good at communicating with team members and customers.

• Honest, responsible, and reliable in completing work.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Work well with others and support team activities.

• Have a positive attitude and willing to learn new things.

• Understand basic administrative work (trading knowledge is a plus).

• Follow company rules and procedures properly.
