โข Support the day-to-day administrative functions of the hotel
โข Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence for all departments
โข Coordinate internal communication between departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Front Desk, etc.)
โข Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth administrative operations
โข Provide administrative support to senior management and operations team
โข Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain reports
โข Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and supplies
โข Ensure compliance with internal policies and basic hotel SOPs

๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โข Bachelorโs Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
โข Minimum 2โ3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry
โข Strong organizational and time-management skills
โข Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
โข Basic understanding of hotel operations is a plus
โข Excellent communication skills in Myanmar language; English is a plus
โข Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
โข Positive attitude and team-player mentality
