Position - Admin Executive (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 800,000 MMK

Business - FMCG

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Tharketa Township

Admin Executive (Fleet) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of all company vehicles (registration, insurance, maintenance, fuel usage).

• Monitor daily vehicle usage, mileage, and driver assignments.

• Schedule regular servicing, repairs, and inspections for all vehicles.

• Keep track of vehicle conditions to ensure safety and reliability.

• Coordinate with external service providers for repair and maintenance.

• Assign and supervise drivers, ensuring compliance with company driving policies.

• Check driver licenses, behavior, and punctuality.

• Must have strong knowledge of routes and be able to effectively plan and organize route schedules. 

• Support admin-related tasks when required.

• Must be able to prepare and submit weekly and monthly fuel reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in fleet or admin management. 

• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, documentation, and fuel control.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

• Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
