Position - Admin Executive (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - Up to 800,000 MMK
Business - FMCG
Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location - Tharketa Township
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize the documents and records filing in standards for departmental files
- Handle day-to-day office, assist in preparing presentations and reports for management meetings.
- Vehicle, Car Ways planning and management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Check and follow up the admin related financial invoices and payments daily and weekly
- Overall Building facilities management and control, daily operation work
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and good time management skills.
