Position - Admin Manager (M/F- 1 Post)
Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK
Business - Insurance
Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location - Kamayut Township
Job Description:
• Overseeing and managing daily office operations, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and maintenance of office equipment
• Developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient office operations and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies. Negotiating contracts and agreements as needed
• Serving as a point of contact between the administrative team and other departments within the organization. Facilitating communication and information flow to ensure smooth operations.
• Addressing any administrative issues or concerns that arise, resolving conflicts, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Managing overall administrative activities for the organization
• Manage and check for all the purchasing, vehicle, fixed assets & Material supplies and office management processes
Job Requirement
• Prefer age above 30 years old
• Bachelor degree holder in business administration or related field
• Proven working experience in the office administration field for over 7 years. Have experience
in working as a managerial-level
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Language.
• Excellent communication, team working, organizing skill and interpersonal abilities
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• Skillful in Microsoft Word & Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Email
