Job Description:
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Advise management team on organizational development and planning by providing information on strengths and improvement
- Preparing and coordinate administrative SOP, FPD, Procedure and System
- Managing and preparing administrative affair, DICA, License and YCDC process
- Coordinates with executive management and other managers to ensure alignment with the company’s mission, vision, core values, and objectives.
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Able to work with flexibility and under pressure.
Job Requirement:
- At least 5 years’ experience in administrative field in Internal and External Affairs role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor Degree Holder or MPA, MBA (optional).
- High Skills in English including presentation, emailing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
