Job Description:
- Design and implement Admin Department Policies
- Plan and implement office systems, Layout, and equipment procurement
- Maintain and replenish office properties and assets
- Monitor and paid for all payment regular bills
- Supervise the office building, water, electrical lighting and air conditions, etc.
- Evaluate admin policy & procedures coordinated to Admin Department Policy and Procedure
Job Requirement
- Any graduate or Diploma in management is more preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Admin Manager
- Proficient in Advance Excel and Power Point
- Time Management Skills, organizational skills, decision-making skill, good communication and leadership skills
- Must have a driving license and able to drive most types of vehicles and knowledge of car repair control
- Able to work to under presser and a good team Leader
- Manage vehicles and Heath & safely
