Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Yangon Downtown Area

Job Description

• Assist in overall office admin duties (Visa, Passport, Form C,Meter bill,Ph bill,etc..) and activities of internal HR and Admin Dept.
• Handle office supplies stocks inventory, distribution, ordering under supervision of the Head. 
• Prepare the rent or purchase payment request forms timely and punctually.
• Prepare and organize the documents and records filing in standards for departmental files 
• Check and follow up the admin related financial invoices and payments daily and weekly
• Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required. Maintaining office equipment as needed.
• Good communication and public relation skill and have a sense of responsibility and have a participatory spirit team work

Job Requirement

• Experience (2) year experiences with related field.
• Much prefer Bachelor's degree holder with professional diploma business management and administration from an international academy or association.
• Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken) and English (communication).
• Manage work schedules to meet deadlines.
• Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Once Hired, can work immediately
