Position - Admin Officer (M/F - 2 Posts)
Salary - 800,000 MMK ~ 1,000,000 MMK
Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)
Location - Yangon Downtown Area
Job Description:
- Assist in overall office admin duties (Visa, Passport, Form C,Meter bill,Ph bill,etc..) and activities of internal HR and Admin Dept.
- Handle office supplies stocks inventory, distribution, ordering under supervision of the Head.
- Prepare the rent or purchase payment request forms timely and punctually.
- Prepare and organize the documents and records filing in standards for departmental files
- Check and follow up the admin related financial invoices and payments daily and weekly
- Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required. Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Good communication and public relation skill and have a sense of responsibility and have a participatory spirit team work
Job Requirement
- Age 20 to 35
- Experience (2) year experiences with related field.
- Much prefer Bachelor's degree holder with professional diploma business management and administration from an international academy or association.
- Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken) and English (communication).
- Manage work schedules to meet deadlines.
- Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Once Hired, can work immediately.
