General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Early involvement for category projects;
- Supplier sourcing and qualification.
- Supplier selection and contract signing for small- and medium-sized procurement projects, and quotation inquiry support for large-scale projects.
- Manage supplier performance and daily communication.
- Procurement document management
Candidate Requirements:
- Knowledge: Have a good knowledge of procurement methodologies, processes, and IT system operations. Master at relevant business and financial knowledge; understand the delivery business knowledge and delivery process. Understand the related business processes and project management knowledge such as LTC and PMP.
- Skills: Category capability building, category procurement strategy development and execution, supplier system re-audit, financial report analysis, cost analysis, contract preparation and BPA management, etc.
- Capability: Support pre-sales quotation, identify supplier issues and risks, develop procurement strategies for small- and medium-sized projects, organize supplier performance evaluation, and resolve routine supplier management issues.
