Position - Admin Specialist (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Negotiate

Business - Mobile Industry

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Location - Bahan Township

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor fleet supplier, to ensure all the staff requirements being arrange on time according to SLA. To improve rules and regulation of fleet management.
  • Keep proper record on analysis of admin related expenses and reporting to management.
  • Involve in spot checks base on contract KPI, responsible on the acceptance quality and quantity as well as the performance of the fleet supplier.
  • Respond and resolve staff complaint.
  • Conduct monthly EHS assessment and safety training base on the checklist to ensure the safety.
  • Other ad-hoc task requested by Admin Director.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Management field or equivalent.
  • Able to carry out admin module routine work independently, handle staff’s complaints, execute management plans and implement on-site service SLA.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in administration management, fleet management, finance, or procurement management is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills, cooperation and coordination capability. Good at English Language, Chinese speaking is preferred.
  • Able to analyze data or prepare report in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
