Position - Admin Supervisor (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - 600,000 MMK ~ 800,000 MMK + Meal + Accommodation
Business - Hotel
Working Days & Hours - 6 Days Per Week (8:30 PM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location -Mayangone Township
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- ย
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- ย
- Maintain and organize the files/documents for hotel records, guest information, contracts, and other documentation.
- ย
- Serve as a point of contact between departments to ensure smooth communication within the hotel.
- ย
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other external parties for day-to-day hotel operations.
- ย
- Prepare internal and external communications, including emails and letters.
- ย
- Support HR-related tasks, including the preparation of employee documents, scheduling interviews, and assisting with employee training.
- ย
- Provide administrative support to the front desk team to ensure smooth guest services.
- ย
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- ย
- Assist in the coordination of internal meetings, conferences, and special events at the hotel.

- Bachelorโs degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of hotel management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
