Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)
Location - Tamwe Township
Job Description:
- Manage daily administrative operations, procurement, and asset management.
- Handle contract renewals and negotiations for branches contract agreements.
- Coordinate with landlords to ensure timely and accurate tax payments for rented branch.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure compliance with office procedures.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support documentation, reporting, and inventory processes.
- Travel to branch offices as required.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in Administration or Business Management are a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
- Experience in office operations, procurement, asset management, and is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with procurement and inventory tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external service providers.
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve day-to-day office issues.
- Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently to branch offices.
