Position - Assistant Manager - Administration (F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK

Business - Microfinance

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Location - Mayangone

Duty & Responsibility:

  • Support the Administration Manager with responsibility for the overall management of administration activities of the organization
  • Monitoring performance and development of the admin team members
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
  • Managing branch office contract renewal, renovation and stamp duty tax
  • Managing the organization’ purchasing activities and branches facilities providing
  • Make sure monitoring Visa, FRC and Form C process 
  • Ensuring the office stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
  • Working with the management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings and conferences

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Age under 30 year
  • Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
  • Must be fluent in English written and verbal.
