Position - Group of HR Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - 2,500,000 MMK ~ 3,000,000 MMK + Transportation Fees + Other Allowances

Business - Group of Companies

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Kyauktadar Township

Job Description: 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Strong knowledge in labour law, employee relations, HRM and HRD.
  • If needed, to perform HR daily operation functions.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process and strategies.
  • Review the current process and develop the future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive and healthy working environment.
  • Overview and manage the performance management system that drives high performance.
  • Manage and implement compensation plans and benefits program.
  • Manage the employee files, bonus/incentive pays, expense.
  • Access training needs to apply and monitor training & development programs for group of companies.
  • Work with the BOD to determine the mission, and plan for short and long terms goals.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability.

Job Requirement

  • HR Diploma and MBA related field.
  • Age between 40 to 55 Years.
  • Proven experience above 10 years in the management role, preferably within a group of companies or a diverse organization structure.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, good problem-solving skills, good leadership skills, management skills and good problem-solving skills and coaching and developing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive HR issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with group of company’s goals.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Foster a positive work culture and high employee engagement
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels group of companies.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
