โ€ข Build a high-performing, engaged, and legally compliant workforce.

โ€ข Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver efficient services across all departments.

โ€ข Partner with senior management on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structure.

โ€ข Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and competitive compensation/benefits packages.

โ€ข Design performance systems (KPIs, appraisals) and implement learning and development programs.

โ€ข Drive initiatives for employee satisfaction, resolve grievances fairly, and manage disciplinary matters.

โ€ข Ensure full alignment with Myanmar labor laws, internal policies, and international standards.

โ€ข Lead digital HR initiatives (HRIS), automate processes, and provide data-driven metrics to management.

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masterโ€™s preferred).ย 

โ€ข Minimum 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational organizations.ย 

โ€ข Inspire and guide teams while building credibility and trust across the organization.ย 

โ€ข Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.ย 

โ€ข Attract, retain, and develop high-potential employees effectively.ย 

โ€ข Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.ย 

โ€ข Ensure HR practices comply with laws and minimize organizational risk.ย 

โ€ข Communicate clearly and build strong relationships at all levels.

โ€ข Make data-driven decisions that support organizational objectives.ย 

โ€ข Use HR systems and digital tools to enhance efficiency and insights.ย 

โ€ข Proficient in English 4 Skills
