โข Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver efficient services across all departments.
โข Partner with senior management on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structure.
โข Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and competitive compensation/benefits packages.
โข Design performance systems (KPIs, appraisals) and implement learning and development programs.
โข Drive initiatives for employee satisfaction, resolve grievances fairly, and manage disciplinary matters.
โข Ensure full alignment with Myanmar labor laws, internal policies, and international standards.
โข Lead digital HR initiatives (HRIS), automate processes, and provide data-driven metrics to management.

โข Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masterโs preferred).ย
โข Minimum 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational organizations.ย
โข Inspire and guide teams while building credibility and trust across the organization.ย
โข Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.ย
โข Attract, retain, and develop high-potential employees effectively.ย
โข Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.ย
โข Ensure HR practices comply with laws and minimize organizational risk.ย
โข Communicate clearly and build strong relationships at all levels.
โข Make data-driven decisions that support organizational objectives.ย
โข Use HR systems and digital tools to enhance efficiency and insights.ย
