Position - HR & Admin Assistant  (M - 1 Post)

Salary - Above 500,000 MMK + Attendance Allownce after probation

Business - Solar Company

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Dagon Seik Kan Township, Yangon

Job Description: 

  • Assist to recruitment process & employee relation. (Job Description, vacancy announcements,
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, arrange interview process)
  • Prepare employment contracts for employees.
  • Assist payroll process by providing relevant employee information. (e.g., Attendance, Over Time (OT) & Leave Records)
  • Maintain and purchase fixed assets, stationery and office materials
  • Assist to evaluate performance for new employees within the probation period.
  • Responsible for orientation for the new employees.
  • Preparing office announcements and sharing them with the department.
  • Providing administrative support to new employees. (e.g; Uniform, other necessary)
  • Manage the Government Process. (e.g; Social Security Board (SSB), Electricity Bill, Personal
  • Income Tax (PIT), Company Car License Extension and other cases)
  • Liaise with government office and handle for FRC/Visa as if required
  • Support for other HR processes, job assigned from HR Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Any Bachelor’s degree/ HR Certificate.
  • Above 2 years’ experience
  • Familiar with Myanmar labour Laws
  • Good in communication skills.
  • Able to deal with Government Office
