Position - HR Assistant (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Negotiate + Transportation Allowance

Business - Outsourcing Service

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Kan Thar Yar Office Tower

Job Descriptions

  • Assist in completing monthly payroll process (payroll data inputs, checking and calculation deduction, unpaid leaves, overtime, loan, changes)
  • Assist in recruitment process (CV screening, phone screening and interview arranging) 
  • Assist in the administration, documentation and contacting with the employees for the further inquiries for the contract process 
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities related with the recruitment, payroll and contracting process 
  • Perform other duties, as and when requested

Job Requirements

  • Must be Fresh Graduate and have any Bachelor Degree.
  • Must have Diploma or certificate in Human Capital Management.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in HR Field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, Outlook.
  • Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels. 
  • Teamworking and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
