Position - HR Assistant (M/F - 1 Post)

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location - Kan Thar Yar Office Tower
Job Descriptions
- Assist in completing monthly payroll process (payroll data inputs, checking and calculation deduction, unpaid leaves, overtime, loan, changes)
- Assist in recruitment process (CV screening, phone screening and interview arranging)
- Assist in the administration, documentation and contacting with the employees for the further inquiries for the contract process
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities related with the recruitment, payroll and contracting process
- Perform other duties, as and when requested
Job Requirements
- Must be Fresh Graduate and have any Bachelor Degree.
- Must have Diploma or certificate in Human Capital Management.
- Minimum 1-year experience in HR Field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, Outlook.
- Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels.
- Teamworking and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
