Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)/ Saturday (Alternative)
Location - Kan Thar Yar Office Tower
Job Descriptions
- Assist in implementation of HR projects and ensure they meet client expectations and timelines.
- Work closely with internal team and clients to make sure HR tasks run smoothly.
- Assist and provide daily HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll and benefits administration.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
- Keep HR documents updated, assist with recruitment activities.
- Assist with track employee training progress and keep training records organized.
- Provide excellent support to clients on HR-related matters.
- Assist in preparing reports and data to measure HR performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR field and knowledge of HR best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to use MS Office Applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting.
