𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 – 𝟖:𝟑𝟎 𝐀𝐌 ~ 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐲𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐬𝐩.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Act as the key HR representative for assigned clients and maintain strong working relationships to ensure high-quality HR service delivery. 
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, HR Operations, and offboarding. 
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, including payroll data, attendance, leave, overtime, social security contributions, and ensuring accuracy and timely submission. 
• Review and maintain employee records, HR databases, employment documents, and related reports. 
• Handle employee relations matters, including employee inquiries, disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations. 
• Provide HR advisory support to clients on employee management, HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR best practices. 
• Coordinate employee engagement and welfare initiatives to promote a positive employee experience. 
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and statutory requirements, and liaise with relevant government authorities regarding employment-related matters. 
• Conduct regular client meetings, provide HR updates, and recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction. 
• Prepare and submit accurate HR Operational reports to both clients and management in a timely manner.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field. 
• Minimum 3-4 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience. 
• Experience handling multiple HR Generalist functions and HR operations. 
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law, employment regulations, and statutory requirements. 
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills. 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently. 
• Advanced communication and presentation skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) is required. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
