Position - HR Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK + Lunch Provided

Business - European & Fine Dining Restaurant

Working Days & Hours - 6 days ( sat or sun alternate) (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM )

Location - Mandalay

Job Description: 

• Perform all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance, management, compliance and organizational development)
• Manage HR functions effectively and support and provide positive working environment.
• Handle employees’ performance appraisal and plan their skills and career development
• Draw up employees training plans (internal and external)
• Create organizational policies and procedures in accordance with company culture as needed. 
• Develop and manage employee well-being and team-building activities.
  

Job Requirement

• Proficient in recruitment and staffing.
• Proficient in building relationships among employees.
• Possess soft skills in effective communication, critical thinking and problem solving.
• Possess leadership skill to listen the voices of employees and report to BOD as needed.
• In depth knowledge of Labor Laws
• Able to work under pressure
