Position - HR Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK + Transportation Allowance

Business - HR Outsourcing Services

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township

Job Descriptions

  • Manage end to end process of contract staffing operations including onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, grievance handling, contract renewals and clients’ relations.
  • Supervise payroll processing for client employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team and clients to support position fulfilment, ensuring a smooth hiring to recruitment process.
  • Manage monthly internal payroll processing and statutory compliance (SSB, PIT, etc) for internal employees.
  • Develop and maintain internal HR policies in line with labor laws and business needs.
  • Oversee onboarding, confirmation, performance appraisal, exits, and final settlements.
  • Lead internal recruitment efforts ensuring cultural and competency alignment.
  • Lead improvements in HRMS, payroll software, and digital workflows for both internal and client facing operations.
  • Maintain HR records and generate regular reports for internal reviews, audits, and business insights.
  • Understand client and internal business strategies, align HR solutions accordingly.
  • Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, engagement, and organizational development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both internal and clients regarding HR-related matters.
  • Add Hoc assigned by Director and Deputy General Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, prefer to strong relevant experiences in outsourcing or staffing services industry.
  • Hands-on experience in managing HR operations.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with HRMS or payroll software systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with business insights.
