Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Job Descriptions
- Act as an HR representative for clients, supporting HR outsourcing projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client HR teams to manage HR functions.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports and manage overall HR documentation.
- Support employee relations, engagement activities, and grievance handling.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking training records.
- Respond effectively to HR-related inquiries from employees and clients.
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting.
