Position - HR Officer (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Negotiate + Transportation Allowance

Business - Outsourcing Business

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Tharketa Township

Job Descriptions

  • Act as an HR representative for clients, supporting HR outsourcing projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client HR teams to manage HR functions.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and manage overall HR documentation.
  • Support employee relations, engagement activities, and grievance handling.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking training records.
  • Respond effectively to HR-related inquiries from employees and clients.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team setting.
