𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 – 𝟖:𝟑𝟎 𝐀𝐌 ~ 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐲𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐬𝐩.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Act as the primary HR contact for assigned clients and ensure effective communication between clients, employees, and internal teams. 
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, resignation, and offboarding. 
• Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding preparation. 
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, overtime, benefits administration, and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. 
• Provide HR support and guidance on employee relations matters, including employee inquiries, disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace issues. 
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities to promote a positive work environment. 
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and statutory requirements, including liaison with relevant government authorities when necessary. 
• Prepare HR reports and support the delivery of HR Managed Services in accordance with client requirements and company standards.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field. 
• Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience. 
• Experience in HR Generalist, recruitment, payroll administration, and employee relations. 
• Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and employment regulations. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Able to manage clients and priorities simultaneously. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 
• Good command of English (written and spoken) is preferred. 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
