Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location – Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township.
Job Descriptions
- Act as HR representative supporting HR outsourcing projects and client HR functions
- Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, and documentation
- Assist in payroll and benefits data preparation and coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Organize training sessions, track learning activities, and maintain training records
- Support employee engagement initiatives and handle basic employee relations matters
- Manage visa applications and coordinate travel arrangements in line with company policies
- Update and maintain HR systems, including employee data, profiles, and headcount reports; ensure data accuracy and timely system updates
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and perform other assigned HR duties
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and HR administration.
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and labor law compliance
- Familiarity with HRIS and strong ability to manage and maintain HR data accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting.
- Able to communicate effectively in English
