โ€ขAct as HR representative supporting HR outsourcing projects and client HR functions.

โ€ขSupport end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

โ€ขHandle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, and documentation.

โ€ขAssist in payroll and benefits data preparation and coordination.

โ€ขMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

โ€ขOrganize training sessions, track learning activities, and maintain training records.

โ€ขSupport employee engagement initiatives and handle basic employee relations matters.ย 

โ€ขManage visa applications and coordinate travel arrangements in line with company policies.

โ€ขUpdate and maintain HR systems, including employee data, profiles, and headcount reports; ensure data accuracy and timely system updates.ย 

โ€ขRespond to HR-related inquiries and perform other assigned HR duties

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ

โ€ขBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

โ€ข3-5 years of experience in HR operations and HR administration.

โ€ขGood understanding of end-to-end HR processes and labor law compliance

โ€ขFamiliarity with HRIS and strong ability to manage and maintain HR data accurately.

โ€ขExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

โ€ขProficiency in MS Office.

โ€ขExcellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

โ€ขAbility to work well with others in a team setting.

โ€ขAble to communicate effectively in Englishย
