Job Description:
- Provide integrated Facility management to ensure Services are delivered consistent with the stated scope of services, specifications and Service Level Agreements
- Responsible for day to day operations of all self-performed services and the 3rd parties service level, and service quality control
- Maintaining and supervising the KPI results for each service; Do analysis and provide improvement plan to The Client for Operational service issues
- Provide monthly report to the Client and periodic operational meeting
- Management services to include sourcing, supervising and evaluating, current service delivery methods and submitting enhancement opportunities to improve quality, client and tenant service and cost performance
- In charge of Payroll preparation, leave record and OT calculation and time sheet preparation including HK team, kitchen team
- Be in charge of PR process, invoices submission, petty cash to ensure timeline and correctness of information and invoice submission.
- Make the weekly and monthly report, summarize and analyze database and information, ensure the accuracy, and provide analysis to control the consumption
Job Requirement
- Graduate and preferred 3-year relevant working experiences in admin and operation management
- Must be able to speak in Chinese fluently
- Service Oriented, Excellent communications and negotiation skills and Office operation Management
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker
- Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude,
- Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Power point) and Power BI
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
