Position - Senior Accountant

Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to strengthen our Finance Team and manage the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage full accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing

✅ Prepare financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis

✅ Handle tax compliance and coordinate with auditors

✅ Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control activities

✅ Support client billing, revenue monitoring, and financial reporting

✅ Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial SOPs

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field

✔ Minimum 4–5 years of accounting experience (Senior Accountant experience preferred)

✔ Experience in service industry or HR outsourcing business is an advantage

✔ Strong knowledge of Myanmar tax compliance and financial reporting

✔ Advanced Excel skills and accounting software experience

✔ Good English communication and reporting skills

✔ High integrity, analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail
